dive_ooc | +1 fire alchemist... again?

So after much deliberation on my part I've decided that I would much rather not drop Roy Mustang all together, but that something needs to be done to kick his lazy ass back in to gear. And since he never really got involved in much over the past two years besides a few Riza and Elicia antics and a couple other events (hell he wasn't even posted in to the Chaosmon event. ANYWHERE. idk how I managed that) I've chosen to just go with a character reboot.

His current canon point is the end of Conqueror of Shamballa still.
