So.

[community profile] digital_dive, which now takes over for your individual journals in posting to the D-Comm Network, and [community profile] dive_logs are now back and open for business.

BASICALLY, again, things have gone like this: Due to personal complications and technical difficulties, we aren't yet done with the Chaosmon battle, though it only has a round or two left. We'll be finishing it as soon as we can, but in the meantime, all a lot of characters will need to know is the basics.

The basics being, through the combined power of the Zero ARMS (constituting the Orochi Cannon, the Halberd, the Garuru Cannon, and the Omega Sword) and the strength of the Tamers on hand, Chaosmon was defeated. While the Halberd remains under command of the Dai-Gurren Brigade, with Simon now its Captain after Meta Knight's death, Area Leader Susanoomon has retained possession of the Orochi Cannon. The Omega Sword - now powerless - is being held temporarily by Witchenly, while the Garuru Cannon has been lost in the Net Ocean's waters. Where has it gone? Well... that will come to pass when the time is right.

For the Tamers, and their partners, they have all been data frozen for a week solid. This happened once Chaosmon fell. Witchenly has initiated barriers to protect all frozen Tamers & Partners for the past week, but as of now, those barriers are no longer active. Your Tamers (and their partners) could now re-appear anywhere in the Digital World, the same as when they were first applied for... however! Remember that they retain all injuries from the chaotic events that took place a week ago. For their bodies and minds, it's like only a couple seconds passed. So keep that in mind. If you want to have them just appear back somewhere safe and sound, that's perfectly fine~

Your characters can come out of the freeze all at once, or one at a time. Up to you.

DATS, however, will be flinging the doors open to its medical ward. (It's already open to the public at all times, but they'll be really encouraging it in this event.) Its staff is well versed in human medicine and healing, so if you've gotten banged around real hard, you might want to consider a stay there.

Structural damage to buildings and landscape from Chaosmon unearthing himself has been repaired - except for the obvious case of Draco Island. As it was consumed by Chaosmon, it no longer is present in this world. All that remains is a crater in the ground, which has since filled with water in the past week.

We are also now initiating a new Tag System on both [community profile] digital_dive and [community profile] dive_logs. Most character tags have already been set in, and I'll let our lovely [personal profile] tacos_of_doom explain this with some liberal cutting & pasting...

Follow the bouncing Taco! )

Note that we haven't gotten location tags up just yet - give us a little time, though. We encourage you to use these tags, as it'll allow both us and you an easier time keeping track of things!

Otherwise, thank you all for your patience and encouragement this past month or so! Have fun!

EDIT - Oh, and everyone will now find their D-Comms updated to the 2.0 design as seen in the last updates, and all Tamer Classes approved have been put into effect.

Tag Clouds

Hey everyone, it's Taco.

As you can see, there are two tag clouds crowding up your friendslists at the moment. I'm terribly sorry about that! The community posts can't be dated out of order, unfortunately, so while I didn't want to crowd up your f-lists, it was kind of necessary.

Here's an explanation as to why those were needed, though.

I've found through the short amount of time we've been re-opened that not all of the Comm and Logs networks tags will show up all at once unless they've been used already for a post in the community. Thus, to make it easier for you guys to be able to search through and find the tags for your character, I had to make it so that all of the tags entered onto the community have been used at least once. So, we have the tag clouds to help that along. I know they look like crap on your f-lists right now, but please try to ignore the craplook and keep roleplaying!

Again, I must greatly emphasize the use of the tags, as they will come in handy for the next D-ARC (Which will begin June 1st, 2012, In case anyone was wondering. So you've got plenty of time to get used to the new tag system).

For those who didn't get the message in the last update post, here's how to use the tag system:

Ken, I don't bounce. :| )

If you don't know what tag is your characters, refer to the following:

1. Digital Dive Comm's Tags
2. Dive Logs Comm's Tags

Also, the location tags have now been added to [community profile] dive_logs! All locations have been entered except the locations that have clearly been designated as 'no man's land' in the Digital World Atlas. Oh, and the Draco Island Crater. If anyone really has a need to go there, or if by some chance an RP log takes place in a 'no man's land' area, one of us modtypes will put in a tag for that.

Anyway, apologies once more for the ugly tag clouds on your pages, and a hope that you guys have fun with our brand new digital world! ♥ Ya'll rock!
